Londs:

Londs is the chief servant of the Floristican Palace, home of the princesses Rune Venus and Fatora. While he doesn't do much in the story, he keeps Makoto(disguised as Fatora) from making too bad a mistake while disguised, he also keeps him fulfilling her duties as a royal princess. He is distrustful of Galus, Rune's fiancee.

The good doctor is actually the Head Librarian in the Floristican Palace. This is the largest library and he is the most historically-knowledgeable person in all of El-Hazard. While he isn't involved in the story much beyond recalling lore about the Eye of God and Ifurita, he also puts in a word or two about his mistrust of Galus.
