Shininome High School:


Home to the main players in the series(Makoto, Nanami, Fujisawa, and Jinnai), this is where our tale begins. It seems to be a typical Japanese school, well, one corrupted by Jinnai's position as President of the student body. An election scandal as it turned out, full of bribery and other acts of manipulation.

At least it was until ancient ruins are discovered(by Makoto) under the basement following an earthquake in the region. These ruins turn out to be a special chamber holding Ifurita in a sort of stasis until the arrival of Makoto. The night of the discovery, Ifurita calls Makoto to the chambers and when he steps across a seal on the ground in the center of the chamber, light streams up, surrounding and inspecting him, opening up a column on the wall and awakening Ifurita.

Beyond that, we see glimpses of typical classrooms, a sports field, student lockers, and fujisawa's office, where he can be found drinking and cleaning up his mountain climbing gear.
